We are currently recruiting  Technical Support

 We are looking for candidates that have a long-term interest and past experience in technical/customer support and work with clients. The perfect candidate is a team player, with experience in web programming, customer technical support and familiarity with HTTP, FTP and SSL.

Main area of responsibility covers administration of various systems – CRM, gateway, e-wallet etc. and the direct support to customers. Fluent English is required.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be considered as an advantage. 

Internships:

Web Development Trainee – Paid Internship

 Responsibilities

  • Develop web functionalities using Ruby and Ruby on Rails based on specifications under the guidance of senior members
  • Receive code reviews and technical help
  • Document work to the required standard
  • Close cooperation with the QA & Development teams in order to solve technical issues

Required skills

  • Third or fourth year in acquiring an IT related degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge in at least one programming language – Java, C#, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.
  • Some knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Good OOP understanding
  • Some knowledge in SQL
  • Excellent English
