• Transaction search — Search for individual credit card transactions processing, alternative transactions or transactions per set time period.
• Chargeback search — Search for chargeback information.
• Re-billing management — If your business model includes re-billing payments, you will have a separate module to manage subscriptions and the functionalities for rebilling credit card transaction processing.
• Refund manually — Refund approved transactions through either the search results page or any transaction details page.
• Transaction report — Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports.
• Billing statement — Our gateway generates weekly statements for every merchant. At any time, you can login to search and view your payment statements online.
• Risk management options, including client blacklist.
• Support contacts — if you need assistance with credit card transaction processing and transaction management, you’ll have an easy time contacting our Support Team through the Ticket System.
