eComm is an online e-commerce solution which is professional, advanced software platform that enables a merchant to manage its entire online payments and payment support. It is designed for both direct merchants and for merchants who don’t want to deal with the details of setting up and managing a proprietary payment form and data on their website, and who do not want to meet the full requirements to be PCI DSS compliant.

The eComm solution comprises of the following basic elements:

• Payment page.  The payment page is hosted securely on eMerchantPay’s server and maintained by eMerchantPay.  The Payment page can be customized in a flexible way by a merchant to reflect its brand name.  The fields appearing on the payment page can be customized according to different merchant needs.
• Anti-fraud scrubbing tools.  The solution has feature rich anti-fraud scrubbing tools that will fit all merchant categories.  The anti-fraud tools will help merchants to minimize frauds and yet to keep conversion ratios at acceptable levels.
• Product module.  Within the product module, a merchant is able create customized products.  The product module is able to operate recurring payment charges and generate username and passwords for consumers to access websites.
• Payment support.  The payment support module is a part of the backend of the eComm solution that provides merchants with detailed access to the transactions database.  The payment support database is both accessible to consumers and merchant’s payment support employees.
• Payment support emails.  The eComm solution is able to generate payment support emails at various stages during the purchase process.  To provide a few examples, emails can be generated at the point of purchase, when transaction is pre-authorized, when transaction is settled, when recurring charges occur and when consumer cancels and order.
