Senior Technical Support Engineer – Sofia, Bulgaria


We are one of the leading payment providers in Europe, with payment processing, acquiring, e-wallet, and issuing services amongst others. We offer a whole range of payment solutions to internet-based merchants globally, and in all sectors of the market. Due to continued rapid expansion, we are seeking the services of full-time employees to join our IT Department.

We are looking for candidates that have a long-term interest and past experience in technical/customer support and work with clients. Experience in web programming will be considered as an advantage. Please send us your CV in English. CVs in other languages won’t be examined.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Technical support to customers
  • Technical Administration of various systems – gateway, e-wallet, CRM, etc.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a similar position
  • Familiar with HTTP, FTP, SSL
  • Familiar with the client/server model
  • Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Team player, dedicated to his work

Considered as advantage:

  • Previous experience doing tech support for high-availability systems (1st or 2nd level)
  • Experience with Shopping Carts or other E-commerce software
  • Ajax
  • XML
  • PHP
