Due to continued rapid expansion, we are seeking the services of full-time employees to join our IT Department.
We are looking for candidates that have a long-term interest and past experience in technical/customer support and work with clients. Experience in web programming will be considered as an advantage. Please send us your CV in English. CVs in other languages won’t be examined.
- Direct Technical support to customers
- Technical Administration of various systems – gateway, e-wallet, CRM, etc.
- 3-5 years in a similar position
- Familiar with HTTP, FTP, SSL
- Familiar with the client/server model
- Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good written and verbal English
- Team player, dedicated to his work
Considered as advantage:
- Previous experience doing tech support for high-availability systems (1st or 2nd level)
- Experience with Shopping Carts or other E-commerce software
