As chairman and chief executive officer of the eMerchantPay Group, Jonas Reynisson is responsible for the entire portfolio of eMerchantPay companies.
One of the company’s founders, Jonas has been with eMerchantPay for more than a decade.
His vision, business acumen and passion for payments have propelled eMerchantPay from inception to become the trusted global leader for international online payment processing services.
With a background in senior executive roles with financial firms and banks and as chairman of International Life Insurance Company Limited, Jonas continually motivates and challenges the entire eMerchantPay team to create new and unique international offerings across a variety of industry segments, while simultaneously building upon core online payment processing competencies.

In his role as chief financial officer, Stephen Dickson is responsible for the finance, accounting, audit and treasury functions of the eMerchantPay Group.
He brings more than three decades of excellence in global banking and financial infrastructure experience to the company from a number of world-class financial institutions.
Prior to eMerchantPay, Stephen served as global chief financial officer at Deutsche Bank, the second largest bank in the world in terms of assets.
He managed teams in London, Frankfurt, New York, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Singapore and was responsible for €1.4 billion budget.
Preceding Deutsche Bank, Stephen’s tenure with Citibank, a top 25 world bank, spanned more than 17 years.
Stephen takes a practical, pragmatic approach to finance and accounting.

Vania Koleva is the chief operations officer for eMerchantPay Group.
She is responsible for human resources, facilities management and administration functions worldwide, plus leads the company’s successful ISO 9001:2008 implementation and certification efforts. With a background as a managing partner for Variety Services Pvt. Ltd , and previous experience as lead and project manager in Larive International, Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts, Netagco Holding B.V., Bel Group/Boursin, and DAF Worldwide, Vania is a dynamic leader and skilled communicator. Strong interpersonal skills make her especially effective at managing teams, both near and far-flung. She cares a great deal about the employees and vendors she is tasked to manage, and they enjoy working with and for her.

Christopher Alan Rive serves as eMerchantPay Group’s chief product officer. He has 18 years of offshore trust administration, accounting and corporate services experience.
He previously was company and trust supervisor with Abacus Financial Services Ltd., now part of Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management.
With this experience behind him, Chris is also responsible for employee, client and business partner solutions and support.

As eMerchantPay Group’s chief technology officer (CTO), Emil Petkov is responsible for the IT direction and vision on a group level, including software architecture and development, infrastructure design and system administration, information security including PA-DSS, PCI-DSS, and related payment security certificates, and IT support, and managing internal and external teams in order to deliver the technology part necessary for the business.
Emil brings 15+ years enterprise-grade IT experience in telecommunications, high-end e-commerce, and payments, having spent the last 9 years bootstrapping and leading engineering and infrastructure teams as an architect and CTO. He built cutting-edge e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, payment gateways, billing and reconciliation systems, and e-wallets amongst others. Some of those include products for giants like HP and eBay, but also present are tailored solutions for mid-sized businesses and startups.
Emil possesses strong skills in product design and management, and leads cross-functional teams by clearly communicating technologies and their relevance to the business - in order to drive business performance, efficiency, and growth.
Last but not least, Emil has a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem and its players, having spent the last decade working on the merchant side, PSP side, acquirer side, and the card issuer side, in that order.

Mark Bell is eMerchantPay Group’s Chief Commercial Officer. He has significant experience across a range of sectors, especially online gaming and FX and a rounded knowledge of ID&V, payments, compliance, customer on-boarding and business development.
With an early background in Civil Engineering, and more recent experience in FX, ID Verification and Online Gaming, he has been involved in a number of successful business models over the last 20 years including Thomas Cook CFX, which launched the world’s first online FX Trading platform in 1997 before selling to Travelex in 2000, GB Group, which launched the first online ID verification tool in 2003 and Envoy Services sold to WorldPay in 2011. At WorldPay, he was responsible for new business in online gaming and FX Markets for the EMEA region before joining Secure Trading in 2014 to head up Global Gaming Strategy.
At eMerchantPay he is responsible for all commercial elements of group strategy including sales, marketing and product delivery across a multi-faceted business with wide ranging services in card acquiring, payment processing, alternative payments, pre-paid card issuing, e-wallets, risk management, banking, treasury and reconciliation.
